The rehabilitation of York Street between Crestview Avenue and Grand Avenue improved safety and traffic operations for motorists and pedestrians while improving the aesthetics of the corridor. The project implemented several features from the City’s North York Street Streetscape Plan including stamped and colored concrete, raised median planters and geometric improvements to the roadway.
