Phase II Engineering

BLA designed the widening and resurfacing of 1.7 miles of 75th Street.  A third thru lane was added to 75th Street between Woodward Avenue and Lemont Road including signal improvements at all intersecting roadways.  The Lemont Road intersection required eight stages of maintenance of traffic plans because of the high volume of traffic flowing through the intersection.
