Phase I and II Engineering

This 0.50-mile reconstruction and reconfiguration project provided improved traffic flow, bicycle accommodations, parking and safety along Walnut Lane.  Seven different alternatives were developed for the roadway.  The final product included two 11-foot travel lanes, parking bump-outs and an off-street eight-foot concrete bike path.  New watermain, street lighting and storm sewer infrastructure were included with the project design.
