BLA provided construction management, public relations and utility coordination services for the complete reconstruction of the 1.4-mile Plum Grove Road corridor between Higgins Road (IL 72) and Wiley Road; the project also included Schaumburg’s first two roundabouts.  This multi-year project affected many as the arterial corridor was near Woodfield Mall and home to many retailers, commercial businesses, industrial businesses and residents.
