Gary Avenue is a major north-south, four-lane collector home to commercial and industrial enterprises and residential properties used by local drivers and IL 390 commuters.  Work included public information, storm sewer, box culvert installation and extension, curb, sidewalk, widening, resurfacing, block retaining walls, traffic signals, landscaping and extensive utility coordination.
